Combine the soy sauce, honey, sweet chilli sauce, and AdVital Powder. Set the resulting mixture aside.
Heat the sesame oil in a large-based fry pan or wok until the oil is smoking hot.
Add the ginger and garlic to the pan, and fry them for 30 seconds.
Add the onion, capsicum, mushrooms, bok choy, and peas, and combine the garlic and vegetables by tossing or stirring them together. Cook the mixture for 2 minutes.
Add the sauce mixture and toss or stir it through the vegetables . Cook the mixture for another 2 minutes (or until cooked).
Serve the stir fry immediately, and garnish it with chives and fresh lime juice.
