Smooth Pureed Carrots Recipe
Puréed carrot is a great alternative to mashed potato, bringing a vibrant splash of colour and a unique flavour to your cooking.

Ingredients
- 400 g carrots, peeled and chopped
- 50 g thickened cream
- 2 scoops AdVital Powder, 50 g
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place the carrots into a medium-sized saucepan, cover them with water, bring the saucepan to the boil, and then simmer the carrots for 15–20 minutes (or until very tender, but not falling apart).
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Drain the carrots using a colander.
- Mash the carrots with a masher, or blend on high speed in a blender for three minutes until the carrots are smooth.
- In a separate bowl, add the AdVital Powder and cream, and mix them together with a wooden spoon to make a paste.
- Add the paste to the carrot purée, and mash or blend them together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
