Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 4 Cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 Cups Thickened Cream
  • 500 g Penne Pasta
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Basil Leaves
  • 2 tsp Table Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 3 Scoops AdVital Neutral Powder

Instructions
 

Make the Sauce:

  • In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
  • Pour in the vegetable broth and heavy cream. Stir the mixture and bring to a gentle boil.

Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil the penne pasta in a separate pot for 5 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the saucepan with the sauce.

Cook Together:

  • Cook for another 10 minutes on medium heat until the sauce has thickened.
  • Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Incorporate the Cheese:

  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it is melted and well combined.

Adjust Seasoning:

  • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves and cherry tomatoes.
