Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 4 Cups Vegetable Broth
- 2 Cups Thickened Cream
- 500 g Penne Pasta
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 4 tbsp Basil Leaves
- 2 tsp Table Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 Scoops AdVital Neutral Powder
Instructions
Make the Sauce:
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and heavy cream. Stir the mixture and bring to a gentle boil.
Cook the Pasta:
- Boil the penne pasta in a separate pot for 5 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the saucepan with the sauce.
Cook Together:
- Cook for another 10 minutes on medium heat until the sauce has thickened.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Incorporate the Cheese:
