Everyone loves ice cream … and, with a milk-based AdVital sauce, your favourite snack just got a whole lot more nutritious.

- 1 scoop AdVital Powder, 25 g
- 70 g full-fat ice cream
- 50 mL full-cream milk

- Place the milk and AdVital Powder into a small bowl and use a spoon to blend them into a smooth paste.
- Place the ice cream into a serving bowl, spoon over the AdVital paste, and serve immediately.
Notes
Hints and Tips:
- This recipe works best if your serving bowl is cold from the freezer – dish up several portions of ice cream in serving bowls, cover them with cling film, and keep them in the freezer until required. Spoon over the AdVital Powder paste just before serving.
