  • 300 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 g cinnamon
  • 6 g vanilla essence
  • 40 mL milk

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the AdVital Powder, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla essence together.
  • Fold the mixture through the Greek yoghurt.
  • Serve the fortified yoghurt immediately, either plain or topped with fresh berries and nuts or coconut and chopped dates.
