- 300 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 g cinnamon
- 6 g vanilla essence
- 40 mL milk

- In a mixing bowl, whisk the AdVital Powder, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla essence together.
- Fold the mixture through the Greek yoghurt.
- Serve the fortified yoghurt immediately, either plain or topped with fresh berries and nuts or coconut and chopped dates.
