  • 8 eggs
  • 250 g milk
  • 6 scoops AdVital Powder, 150 g
  • 200 g rasher bacon
  • 1 large brown onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 spring onion
  • 20 g parsley , chopped
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C, and line a baking tray with parchment paper on the base and sides.
  • Chop the bacon, onion and zucchini, fry them together in a little olive oil, and then set them aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, parsley, cheese and AdVital Powder.
  • Add in the cooked bacon mixture and the chopped spring onion.
  • Pour the mixture into prepared baking dish and bake it for 20–25 minutes (or until a skewer speared through the middle of the dish comes out clean).
  • Allow the dish to cool for 10 minutes before portioning.
