Ingredients
Passionfruit Meringue Ice Cream
- 300 mL Cream
- 200 g Passionfruit Pulp
- 1 tbsp Icing Sugar (To Taste)
- 1-2 tbsp Orange Liquor (To Taste)
- 8 Meringue Nests Crumbled Into Chunks
- 25 g AdVital Neutral Powder (1-Scoop)
Coconut Cream Sauce
- 60 g Butter
- 15 g Brown Sugar
- 25 g Golden Syrup
- 250 mL Cocnut Cream
- 25 g AdVital Neutral Powder (1-Scoop)
Instructions
Passionfruit Mergingue Ice Cream
- Mix passionfruit, sugar, liquor and AdVital.
- Whip cream to soft peaks and add passionfruit mix. Blend well.
- Fold meringue and cream mix together.
- Spoon into a plastic lined loaf tin with plastic overhanding, lightly press and wrap.
- Freeze.
Coconut Cream Sauce
- Add butter, sugar and golden syrup to a pot, bring to the boil then simmer.
- Add coconut cream and simmer, whisk until all combined.
- Turn off heat and cool.
- Whisk in AdVital and refrigerate or serve immediately.
Serving Instructions
- Slice the ice cream intoportions and pour sauce over, serve with quartered strawberries and almondbiscuits
