  • 1 Plastic Lined Loaf Tin
  • 1 Stainless Steel Pot

Ingredients

Passionfruit Meringue Ice Cream

  • 300 mL Cream
  • 200 g Passionfruit Pulp
  • 1 tbsp Icing Sugar (or to taste)
  • 1-2 tbsp Orange Liquor (or to taste)
  • 8 Meringue Nests Crumbled Into Chunks
  • 25 g AdVital Neutral Powder (1-Scoop)

Coconut Cream Sauce

  • 60 g Butter
  • 15 g Brown Sugar
  • 25 g Golden Syrup
  • 250 mL Coconut Cream
  • 25 g AdVital Neutral Powder (1-Scoop)

Instructions
 

Passionfruit Mergingue Ice Cream

  • Mix passionfruit, sugar, liquor and AdVital.
  • Whip cream to soft peaks and add passionfruit mix.  Blend well.
  • Fold meringue and cream mix together.
  • Spoon into a plastic lined loaf tin with plastic overhanding, lightly press and wrap.
  • Freeze over night for bext results

Coconut Cream Sauce

  • Add butter, sugar and golden syrup to a pot, bring to the boil then simmer.
  • Add coconut cream and simmer, whisk until all combined.
  • Turn off heat and cool.
  • Whisk in AdVital and refrigerate or serve immediately.

Serving Instructions

  • Slice the ice cream into portions and pour sauce over, serve with quartered strawberries and almond biscuits
