Simple Vegetable Stir Fry

- 1 large brown onion , sliced
- 1 red capsicum , sliced
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced & quartered
- 2 bok choy , quartered
- 200 g sugar snap peas , whole
- 4 garlic cloves , sliced
- 20 g ginger, grated
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 150 g sweet chilli sauce
- 4 scoops AdVital Neutral Powder, 100 g
- 1/2 bunch of chives , sliced
- Juice from 2 limes, to serve

Directions
- Combine the soy sauce, honey, sweet chilli sauce, and AdVital Neutral Powder. Set the resulting mixture aside.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large-based fry pan or wok until the oil is smoking hot.
- Add the ginger and garlic to the pan, and fry them for 30 seconds.
- Add the onion, capsicum, mushrooms, bok choy, and peas, and combine the garlic and vegetables by tossing or stirring them together. Cook the mixture for 2 minutes.
- Add the sauce mixture and toss or stir it through the vegetables . Cook the mixture for another 2 minutes (or until cooked).
- Serve the stir fry immediately, and garnish it with chives and fresh lime juice.
