I was diagnosed with appendix cancer in September 2022, and had massive cytoreductive surgery and heated internal chemotherapy (directly into my abdomen whilst under anaesthetic). After that, I developed bowel adhesions which resulted in bowel blockages, for which I've been hospitalised three times in the last year. There have been many days when I've only been able to tolerate liquids (or intravenous feeding) - which is why I say Advital has literally kept me alive - and my blood results have shown my nutritional status to be excellent. I tried other products, but this is by far the best. The flavours and texture are fantastic, and I love that I can add my own amount of sweetness ( I do not love sweet!) I make it up into a milkshake with frozen bananas, and still love it after endless litres. It's made in Brisbane by an Australian company, so I trust the product when it says it adheres to rigorous safety standards - and the containers are recyclable! Its delivered to my doorstep within a day of my ordering it - and I couldn't be more grateful.I would give Advital a score of 110% if I could! PS I was not paid for this review!

My kids have not liked a lot of other nutritional powders as you can taste the vitamins and flavours haven't been great but the AdVital chocolate flavour is absolutely delicious and just tastes like a milkshake even my hubby and I love it. My kids ask for their 'special milkshake" everyday now and I am satisfied knowing how many nutritional benefits and vitamins it provides that they may be missing out on. It has been a great add on after their normal breaky to make them extra satisfied at the start of the day. Our immune systems seem definitely better after having it regularly. Keen to try Vanilla next!

I take a scoop in my protein shaker when I'm in a rush in the morning, as a post-workout shake, and also as an indulgent (but healthy) hot chocolate mixed with soy milk for my after dinner treat! I like that it's sweet (but not too sweet) but also low GI (as I'm mindful of my blood sugar levels). One random thing I've noticed is my nails have grown a lot stronger since taking it regularly - probably because it contains vitamins and minerals (unlike normal protein powders). This is my go-to if I'm not sure what I feel like eating but want something healthy... The only thing is I wish they made the AdVital Chocolate flavour in the 4.4kg pail!
