Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mango Chunks
- 1 Cup Pineapple Chucks
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 4 Scoops AdVItal Vanilla Powder
Instructions
- Preparethe Ingredients: If using fresh fruit,peel and chop the mango and pineapple into chunks. If using frozenfruit, there's no need to thaw them.
- Combine in Blender: Add the mango chunks, pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, orange juice, honey and lime juice to a blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut milk or orange juice and blend again until it reaches the desired consistency. If the smoothie is too thin, add more frozen fruit or ice cubes and blend again.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses. Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a few mint leaves for an extra touch.
