- 500 g pork mince
- 1 egg
- 100 mL milk
- 2 slices of white bread
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 scoops AdVital Powder, 50 g
- 200 g olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Soak the bread with the milk, and then set the bread aside.
- In a bowl, combine the mince, egg, AdVital Powder, thyme, basil, salt and pepper.
- Squeeze the milk out of the bread, and add it to the mince. Mix everything together until the mixture is well-combined.
- Roll 25g of mixture into balls, then transfer the balls to a plate. Cover the plate and place it in the fridge until you’re ready to cook.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat.
- Cook the meatballs, in batches, until they turn golden brown. Transfer the cooked meatballs to a plate.
- Serve the meatballs with pasta and your favourite sauce, or eat them plain with a salad.
