- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp Table Salt

Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
Mix the Butter:
- Melt butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a stand mixer, combine the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix at medium speed until all wet ingredients are well combined.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, AdVital and salt. Sugar can be added in the dry ingredient mixture rather than wet mixture.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, AdVital, and salt.
- Sieve the dry ingredients to remove any lumps.
- Gradually add the dry mixture into the stand mixer while continuing to mix, allowing the wet and dry ingredients to fully combine into a sticky dough.
Add Chocolate Chips:
- Add half of the chocolate chips into the mixer once the dough is well combined.
Shape the Cookies:
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Shape the cookies by hand to form the desired size.
Decorate:
- Add the remaining chocolate chips on top of the shaped cookies for decoration.
Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft. The cookies will continue to firm up as they cool.
Cool:
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
