Ingredients

  • 1 tea bag
  • 150 mL water, freshly boiled
  • 50 mL full-cream milk
  • 1 scoop AdVital Powder, 25 g

Instructions
 

  • Add the tea bag to a mug of boiled water, brew the tea, and then discard the tea bag.
  • Add the milk, and briskly stir in the AdVital Powder until it is fully dissolved.
  • Add additional milk and sugar to taste, then serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use lactose free milk.
