Green's Traditional AdVital Orange Cake

  • 1 Round Cake Pan 20cm x 7cm

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 Packet Greens Traditional Zesty Orange Cake Mix
  • 2 No. Eggs
  • 150 mL Milk
  • 50 g AdVital Vanilla Powder

Icing

  • 20 mL Milk
  • 40 g Soft Butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat:
    Preheat oven to 180°c. Grease and flour the cake pan or lightly grease and line it with baking paper.
  • Mix:
    Place cake mix, eggs, milk, butter and AdVital Vanilla Powder into a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on low speed until ingredients are combined. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared cake pan.
  • Bake:
    Bake for 40-45 minutes. The cake is baked if it springs back when lightly touched in the centre. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack.
  • Ice:
    Empty icing mix into a mixing bowl with milk and butter. Using an electric mixer, mix on low speed until ingredients are combined. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread prepared icing over the top and sides of the cooled cake.
