Instructions
Preheat an oven to 200°C (conventional) or 180°C (fan-forced), and lined baking tray with baking paper.
Whisk the egg, AdVital Powder, milk and vanilla together until the mixture is smooth. Add butter and sugar, and mix until all ingredients are smooth and well-combined.
Sieve in the flour and salt, and stir them in. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Roll the mixture into balls about 4cm in diameter and place them on the prepared baking tray, spacing each ball at least 4cm apart. Flatten the balls slightly, and then place the tray in the preheated oven for 12–16 minutes (or until the cookies are cooked through and light-golden).
Notes
Hints and Tips:
To vary the flavour, throw in some dried cranberries or other berries, seeds or nuts.
