Prepare Veggies and Beans:
Check Veggie and Bean Mix:
The surface of the beans should be dried or splitting, and the carrots should be golden in parts.
Move the dried parts to the center of the tray and place the moister parts on the edges.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from Oven and Cool Slightly.
Process Veggie and Bean Mix:
Add Remaining Ingredients:
If the mixture is sticky, add more breadcrumbs.
If it’s too dry or crumbly, return to the food processor and blend until the texture is correct.
