Soak the bread with the milk, and then set the bread aside.
In a bowl, combine the mince, egg, AdVital Powder, thyme, basil, salt and pepper.
Squeeze the milk out of the bread, and add it to the mince. Mix everything together until the mixture is well-combined.
Roll 25g of mixture into balls, then transfer the balls to a plate. Cover the plate and place it in the fridge until you’re ready to cook.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat.
Cook the meatballs, in batches, until they turn golden brown. Transfer the cooked meatballs to a plate.
Serve the meatballs with pasta and your favourite sauce, or eat them plain with a salad.
